K of C Council 14754 Meetings

MONTHLY OFFICER MEETING:
Council officer meetings are held the on the Thursday before our monthly 2nd Monday council meeting. When legal holidays fall on officer meeting dates (usually News Year’s Day and Labor Day) officers will briefly meet at 6:00PM right before the next scheduled council meeting.

NOTE: All members are welcome to attend officer meetings, especially if they wish to participate in council planning or have items they wish to present to our officers. All proposals for donations must be first presented at an officer meeting prior to being proposed at a council member meeting.

Scheduled Time: 6:30 to 7:30PM
Location: St. Claire conference room

COUNCIL MEMBER MEETINGS:
Council member meetings and our social hours are held on the 2nd Monday of each month. There are generally no holiday conflicts with our 2nd Monday council meetings.

Scheduled Times: Social Hour: 6:00 to 7:00PM (open to all men of the parish)
Location: Check CALENDAR for meeting room or Outside Patio area weather depending.
NOTE: All men of the parish and their friends are welcome to join us at our social hour. This is a great way for men interested in joining our council to meet and greet with our members. Food is provided at all our social hours.

Member Meeting: 7:00 to 8:00PM
Agendas are sent to all members in a Flocknote email prior to all meetings.

CURRENT K of C membership card (a.k.a. Traveling Card) is required for entrance to meetings.
